Using File Explorer access a share on your PC where you have cab files. Then
simply launch a cab by clicking on it

Hi,
There are several ways of doing so, there is an explorer like app named
PPCEmulatorFileSender that you can use to copy files to the emulator, I
don't remember the URL, google for it.
Another way usable for a one time operation is insert the file in your
project, mark it as content and execute it on the emulator, it will copy the
file to the device, then you install it and exclude it from your project.
not a very clear solution but is good to know it does exist
