How to insert Video in Frontpage 2002

Hi All,

I'm pretty new to Frontpage and I'm trying to insert a video clip for an
Intranet page. I tried to insert Media player active x control but there's
nothing such in web components > advanced controls and couldn't find a link
from where I could download it.

Please let me know how to do it.
