There is a movie online that I would like to insert into my presentation as a
visualizatin tool. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I have to link to the
page where the movie runs but don't know how to build it into my page.

Thank you

Annette,

First of all, I'm sot sure this is a good idea. Do you own the content?
Else, the owner might get upset about you using their bandwidth.

You might want to look at either PFCMedia or PFCPro. Both will allow you to
play media from a URL if it is not in a proprietary format like Google or
YouTube.

Visit http://skp.mvps.org and look for Shyam's Live Web add-in.
That should do just what you're after.

As Glen points out, treat the owner of the content fairly. Your point is a
reasonable one though ... there's really no difference between showing the video
in PPT vs showing it in a separate browser window. Shyam's add-in puts the
browser window in your PPT show.

When possible I contact the individual to ask if I can use their video.
Sometimes they send me the video file........TD

Thank you for all the helpful suggestions. I really am grateful for all the
knowledgeable folks here!
