How to insert Macromedia Flash files into my presentation?

I'd like to insert Macromedia Flash files (.exe file) into
my powerpoint slide. How can I do this? I once read
somewhere that I have to go to Tools>Macro>Visual Basic
editor and I forgot what to do from this point. Please
help me!!
