How to insert file markers in movies?

I would like to insert file markers in my movies so veiwers can go to an
exact spot that is labled in the movie. I've used the help features and even
checked out a book from the library but haven't been able to insert file
markers.
Any Suggestions?

Usually your dvd creation software will create chapters for you. Is that
what you mean?

Movie Maker can't but, as Rach said, your DVD Authoring software can create
chapter points.
This is the closest your going to get to what you are trying to do.
