G Gord Dibben May 12, 2010 #2 Please clarify. Landscape and Portrait are simply print orientation in whichever document is being printed. Are you inserting a complete workbook into Word? Are you inserting a range from a worksheet into Word? Maybe you need two separate print jobs? Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP

R Reg May 12, 2010 #3 In your word document at the place you need to switch do 'insert, section break, new page' hit return a couple of times and then do it again. with the cursor between the two 'breaks' do 'file, page setup' and change the orientation to Landscape - make sure you apply it to 'this section only' you now have a landscape page within your otherwise portrait document and can fill ti with whatever you want, spreadsheets, party invites, etc. hth regmigrant
