how to insert a blank slide into a master slide

I am working with the master slide and master title, but now I want a totally
blank page. But I do not know how to do this. Please can anyone help
me??????????

Try this (on a slide to be blank not the master)
Format background
tick "omit background graphics from master"
In the dropdown select a plain colour (white?)

Layout choose blank
