How to import my messages from Outlook express into outlook 2007?

I`d like to import my Outlook express messages from my old laptop into my new
one where i`ve installed outlook 2007. How do I do?
 
You need to export / copy your OE msgs, address book, and connect them to OE
or Win Mail in your new PC.
Once done you *Export* your msgs from OE to OL (OL has to be configured)
then in OL Import Address Book
If you Import msgs all received dates are changed to Import date.
 
Is there any way to keep the dates on mails and not change it all?
I have made a back up of the outlook express messages, and would like to
know if there is any way to restore the back up files into outlook 2007?

Exactly what DL described. If you configure your new OE or Windows mail to
use your old OE messages and then export them from OE or Windows Mail, their
dates won't change.

Outlook cannot directly import OE files, period.
