I install Windows Vista RC2 use AllNew mode. Before I install, I backup my
Outlook E-Mail with WinRAR. I compress "index.dbx" and "sent items.dbx" file
in a RAR file. Please tell me how to restore the mail to Windows Mail?

You mean Outlook Express and not Outlook if you have dbx files.

Restore all the dbx files to a blank directory and make sure their read only
attribute is cleared. Note that you have to have the entire message store
including folders.dbx. Then in WinMail go to File | Import | Messages and
choose OE6 format and point to that directory.

If you only saved the sent items and inbox dbx files, then there is no way
to import them directly. You would have to extract the messages from the
files (e.g. www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/) and then drag them into WinMail
folders.

Thank you! But I backup my mail not well because I haven't backup other DBX
file that only "inbox.dbx" and "sent items.dbx". Please mail me a
"Folders.dbx" then make me try to repair my E-Mail. Thank You!

You can't have any folders.dbx. You have to have the one that was in the
message store.

Then only way now to get the messages out of the dbx files and into WinMail
would be a 3rd party program such as my DBXpress program
(www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/) that will extract the messages as eml files from
the dbx files, and then you can drag those into WinMail.

Alternatively, you could go back to system using OE and reincorporate the
dbx files into OE (see the last paragraph here:
www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx). Then you could save that messsage store with
the folders.dbx file, and then import it into WinMail.
