how to import graphics

hi I have designed my entire layout of my webpage in photoshop now I want to
know how to change that design into a website can someone help me

Export as HTML from Photoshop to a new folder, then open it in Frontpage
(File > New > Web),then File > Import > [choose the file]

Slice the image(s), save the slices and resassemble in an HTML table?

I'm sure Photoshop has the capability to create HTML from the layout. Check
its help files for more info.

slice and dice, import just the piece you need, put in tables...done?

You could print as .pdf and then SAVE AS html. You do need to have full
adobe acrobat to do this.
