how to import e-mails to outlook

I have used Outlook Express and then MS Office Outlook and now I am using
Incredimail to receive and send e-mail. How can I restore all my emails
(received and outgoing) and to open them with MS Office Outlook? I want to
start using only MS Office Outlook now on for my email but I don't want to
loose any email.
