How to Import DAytimer contacs / shcedule into outlook or Outlook Exinto Outlook

Help ! I am trying to wean myselfo of the computerized
Daytimer and switch to the OUlook / Outlook Express which
came with my home computer. But there is no clear way of
doing so. Is there a less clear way?

DayTimer to Outlook

Any luck finding out how to export Daytimer into Outlook? I am concerned that Daytimer is a dead program, and would like to convert to something supported, such as Outlook, or Lotus.
Any suggestions?
