How to Import data from a spreedsheet to an table with autonumber

Basically I exported data from an table, which has an auto-number as primary
key to an excel, then in the excel I removed to auto-number column data and
tried to import it back again it get
 
The column headings in the Excel table must exactly match the field
names in the Access table.

If that's not the answer, please ask the question more precisely<g>.
