How to Import an mp3 into a web

hi Folks
First time using Frontpage. I want to import an existing
website but I am unable to import mp3 files which are
linked to, and part of, that site. I have tried to import
from a local copy with no success. (mp3's are 4-5mb for
broadband use)

It's no different than importing any other file into your web. Change to
the web folder that you want to import the MP3 file to and then select File,
Import, Add File, Browse to the file and select Open, Select OK.

If you have already tried doing the above, did it not work? Any error
messages?
