how to import a word contact list

I use office 2004 on an old laptop with window xp. Now I have a new laptop
with window vista and office 2007. I dont know how to import the old word
contact list in which I have about 200 contacts for making envelopes.

Office 2004 is a Mac version of Office?
What format is the contacts list in? Word 2007 will accept a variety of data
