how to import a table into an access report

in our dept.we have many forms(tables) created in microsoft word.when we open
the file there is a code that will open the source which is an excel file
which will fill on the data in all of the fields in the forms.now I am trying
to shift to access instead of using this word file , as users keep on
updating some fields manually sometimes, the file after sometime will be
useless. so its better i thing to access report.and import data to access
table.
what i am asking is , is it possible to copy the forms as it is from the
word file into access report , or i need to start from step one and construct
a new forms which needs more time.
any help
 
Start from scratch. I'm not aware of a way to import the form definition
you have in a Word document to the format Access needs in defining a form
(in Access).
