How to imbed still picture in body of e-mail message?

Now that I have learned to freeze frames in a video clip to snap a still
picture, I would appreciate help in imbedding the picture in the body of an
e-mail message without havi9ng to attach it as a file. I thought "copy and
paste" would do it, but it didn't. It attached instead of imbedding.

If you are running Outlook Express....
open a new message and go to...

Format / Rich Text (HTML)

Format / Background / Picture

Browse to the image you wish to insert

The only problem with this is that
the security settings of many recipients
will prevent the image from showing as
a background and it will either be blocked
or will be received as an attachment.
