I've got 2 unidentified DIMMs here.

One DIMM has the following chips on it

8 K4H280838C-TCB0 14
8 K4H280838C-TCB0 15

The second one has

16 K4H280838C-TCB0 15

Any ideas? These came from a decommed development machine and I wante
to know their size

Thanks

They are definitely 256MB. This source
says they are
ECC and Registered, which seems unlikely
as you only have 16 chips
and ECC would require 18. Also there
would be 2 register ICs also.

This source says DDR266 non ECC, double
sided which seems more
correct.
