How to I use a public calendar & contacts list together to keep t.

At our office we have Microsoft exchange. How do we use the public contact
list to post appointments to a public calendar. Every time I try it sends
the appointment to my personal calender

Use the Public Contact list to post appointments?

If you go to the Public Calendar and click "New" it should open a new
appointment item that will post to the public calendar (assuming you have
sufficient permissions to do so).
