How to I do a fax?

I have Outlook 2003. In my contacts I have sub folders. When I try to send
a fax to a specific subfolder I cannot get that folder to come up. When I
try to use the sub folder the only thing I can get is "outlook Address Book
-All customers and contacts as sub folders. How can I get the addresses in
the next breakdown level?
