How to hide xls worksheet tabs (Vista)

does anyone know how to hide xls worksheet tabs in Vista

for this workbook>uncheck Show sheet tabs

Worksheets("Sheet2").Visible = False

Or

Worksheets("Sheet2").Visible = xlVeryHidden

With the last solution, the user can't make it visible. Thus the only way is
to set .visible=true
