how to hide X-button in Term Service

Good Evening Everyone,
I'm looking for a way to prevent Terminal Service users
from clicking the X-button on the upper right hand corner
i.e. how to gray out the X-button. By disabling the X-
button, users can only Logoff rather than disconnect the
session.
Please advise.

Disabling the X box through a hack will work to do what
you want, but do realize it is a hack and nothing more.
If your users truly want to disconnect, they will just
terminate the mstsc.exe process altogether. You would be
better off just setting all disconnected sessions to be
reset instantly, rather than having those sessions moved
to the disconnected state to begin with.
