how to hide datagrid column

I'm a compact framework newbie, but I've tried everything to get this to
work? Im sure this is a simple answer, so thanks in advance.

You can setup custom grid styles for the control which specifies which
columns to display and a few properties (column header and width etc). There

Hi

Along with Peter's example I'd like to add that to hide a column you should make it's width = -1. If you set the column width to 0 then you can still see a thicker column line where the column is, and the user can drag the column header of your 0 width column and make it any size he/she wants, therefore seeing the contents of the column
