How to have IntelliType do more interesting things?

Is there a guide for how to set IntelliType to make the keys do more
useful things than the defaults?

For example: The "Mail" key brings up Outlook, but actually switches
the view *away* from the mail folder and sets it to "Outlook Today"

How about if you wanted to assign another key to open or raise the
"Calendar" window from Outlook?

If IntelliType can't do these kinds of things, is there a decent,
inexpensive Macro program which will do it?

I have IntelliType Pro and you can set many keys to do different things aside
from the defaults. The only thing I changed was the Log Off key on my
Microsoft keyboard to ShutDown - C:\windows\system32\SHUTDOWN.exe -s -t 00 .
If you know what to input I suppose you can do much more; I know of no guide
though, but search for command strings you could use in place of defaults,
maybe someone knows how to do what you asking.
