How to hard code margins/page size?

I'd like the size of my page to remain stable. Currently
(www.inner-resources.biz) the right edge of the text floats with the screen
resolution. I'd like it to be a fixed width so it looks the same at
diffferent resolutions.

Any ideas?

Enclose your content within an HTML table that has a width
specified in pixels.
