How to group data, consolidate with word file

I am trying to find out how can i group data: like i have
a bank accounts database, and the key factor is General
Ledger Account Number. I am trying to sort data by bank,
like i want the same bank to be displayed only once, but
since the same bank can have several accounts, i want them
to appear on separate line together with all other
relevant information (Currency, etc). Is it possible to do
this?
My next question is as follows: i need this type of report
for bank confirmations. Bank confirmation is a standard
text, however every confirmation should contain bank name
and all relevant information. I wonder how it is possible
to make ACEESS automatically create this kind of forms,
using this standard confirmation text, and the querry from
the first part of my question.
