how to grant permissions to users for specific files?

Hi,

I use windows xp professional with ntfs disc.
I need to grant write access to some users for a directory.
When i rightclick to that directory, i can't find the permissions like
windows 2003.
I can only share it by deagging it into a special place.

If you are running Windows XP and you cannot see the Security tab, you must
disable "simplified file sharing" under Tools, Folder Options, View, Advanced
Settings, OK [as described in the article below].
