After a few one virus (IRC/ Backdoor.f)(did not have mIRC loaded)(removed
all), some profiles being added & some deleted, several applications
installed, several applications uninstalled & new versions installed,
several applications unistalled & waxed in registry, and having a couple of
problems like slow browser, and far too much cpu write time on shutdown. I
also believe there something going on on startup, the reason being far too
much packs being sent and received during startup.

Question: Is it possible to give the OS/computer a bath, short of a Clean
(Fresh) Install ??

(This is an excercise without futility) Hah !!

This is serious business.

TIA,

Thank you very much Steve. And thanks for being such a kind soul, to help
all of these newbies, and not so newbies. Sometime I have to bite my tung,
Hard.
