How to give someone permission to add PC to Domain?

Hey everyone,

We are running a Windows 2003 domain. I have a user that needs premission
to rename a group of PCs on our network. I wanted to set their "User
Rights" so they could add or remove a workstation from the domain but I
foregot when to do that. Can someone remind me?

I was looking in "Domain Security Policy" but didn't see an option there.
