How to get URL-Shortcuts workable? (OL 2007, vista, IE7.0)

Hello,
someone knows where are the settings for the "build in"
Internet-Browser?
For example, when I press CTRL+7 I could open the "Microsoft Office
Online" website, but I get script-errors and picture links are
disabled, this make the website-view inside Outlook nearly unusable.

Outlook offers just limited support as a browser - anything that can be
dangerous is disabled. You'll need to view it in IE.
