How to get TV program info onto the screen?

I have Time Warners cable TV feed to my AIW 8500DV. But no program
information for any channel shows up on screen. How to make that
possible?

Do you have an original driver disc for that card? Try and Gemstar guide plus
on it and install, after that it will update your local listings. Other than that try
http://tv.yahoo.com/ and give it your zip code and bookmark it.
