I can get to the site and log in, but I can find the link to enter the
conferrence.

Click the little blue Chat button near the upper left of the screen.
The conference is held twice a week, Tuesday mornings and Thursday
afternoons - check the home page for exact times.
 
If you've got WebWasher or similar running you'll need to
disable it and refresh the Forum Home page.
