how to get time zone

Sorry, my question is how to check the time is day time saving or not? Thanks
 
THE FOLLOWING CLASS SHOULD HELP YOU
TimeZone Class IT IS DEFINED IN THE SYSTEM NAMESPACE

I never used it but I think it will give you what you need
