How to get system information sending mails

hi all ,

i have a query to find out the system information accessing
internet explorer .
can i get the logs which sites are opened from which system .
how can i get the system address who is sending me mails .
please advise .

I m looking to log internet activity on a network containing number of
PCs
I want to find out one PC out of many PCs

Then you need a gateway monitoring system. There are a number of them
available, everything from mini-Linux systems that can monitor and report on
network traffic through add-ons and tools in Microsoft's ISA Server that can
meet your needs.

Oh, probably should have also mentioned that you may already have the tools
you need depending on what you're using for a router. Even most home-grade
routers can track Web traffic by PC on the network and log that data for
your review.

I am using CheckPoint Firewall ,how can i get this informnation from
checkpoint .
how to retrieve this information from router
