how to get sp2 for windows xp???????????

My laptop crashed so I installed a new hard drive. The recovery disk had
windows xp with sp1. I am using a home network for my other 2 computers but
cannot connect the laptop to the router until I get sp2 installed on the
laptop.

How do I download sp2 to a CD or flash drive? I cannot find any source for
that on the microsoft help sites.

Your input will be appreciated.
