Hi,
I have an mpg file and a wma file. The mpg video unfortunately has no sound.
The wma file has the sound that should have been recorded into the mpg
video, but was recorded separately. Its a movie of people talking, singing,
etc, and so I need to get the sound absolutely in sync with the video. Which
is the easiest and most efficient way to do this using MM6.0 in Vista?
So far I've discovered I can use the mouse to slide the audio track in the
timeline to different places. I can also use Ctrl+Shift+B or N to nudge the
clip backwards and forwards. But its a long process. Is trial and error the
only way?!
I have to move the video forwards to a scene where someone is talking to
camera. I discover the sound is ahead of the picture. So I stop the video,
drag the clip, or use Ctrl+Shift+B, then move forward to the scene again
because it puts me back to the beginning. I then discover that the sound is
still ahead. I think I'll be here forever! Is there a better way?
Thanks,
SW
