Hello,
We have almost 5,000 mailboxes in our GAL and some have similar names.
When composing a message, how can we get a list of all the mailboxes
whose name contains a particular substring? Right now, Outlook only
shows the first match.
For example, if we have "John Brown", "Brown Conference Room" and "The
Brown Bar" in the GAL, typing "Brown" followed by CTRL-K only resolves
to the first it finds. It doesn't present all 3 and let us choose.
Is there any wildcard character, e.g., *BROWN* ?
Thanks,
- Alan.
