Many times when I advance thru Internet Explorer 6.0 in
Windows XP, a sidebar appears on the left, called
MoneySide. It's just a simple ad, but it pushes the
content I want over so far that I have to readjust the
screen. The only good thing is that it doesn't flash.
(People who use flashing ads ought to be whipped.) Is
there a way to permanently rid myself of this, or any, ad
sidebar in IE? Or at least keep it from cropping up
during that session? TIA.
P.S. - It would be nice if I could also permanently get
rid of the message that appears at the bottom telling me
I'm connected to the Internet. TIA2
