how to get rid of added (junk) tool bar

I don't know how but I have a tool bar that's been added
beneath my internet explorer adderess bar. Its short cut
keys to alot of crap that I don't care anything about.
Anyone know how to delete this bar?

Run Ad-aware and Spybot, that will clear all the gunk out
