How to get rick of the Office startup up list ?

Every time when I login the Window 2000, Microsoft Office
pop up my window (a list of Word, Excel, ... icons on it).
It is very annoying because I don't use it a lot. Can
someone show me how to disable it so it show anymore when
I login?
 
It's probably being launched because it's under Start->Programs->Startup.
If so, you can delete the link that's there and no more annoyance.
