The PowerPoint Viewer only allows you to "view" presentations created with PowerPoint, not "create"
them. It's just like Acorbat Reader; the reader allows you view PDF files, but not create them.
You can purchase PowerPoint as a stand-alone application or as bundled in some of the Office suites.
If all you need is PowerPoint, it would be cheaper just to purchase it separately. Just go down to
your local office supply store like OfficeMax, Office Depot, Staples, etc. and buy it there. They
should undoubtedly have a copy of the latest PowerPoint version and perhaps even past ones as well.

sorry for such a dumb question, but for some reason I have no Microsoft Office in my system
anywhere. How and wherecan I find it? Does anyone know? I have exhausted my brain looking for it and
Microsoft is so confusing to me. Please help.
