How to get PL files

I got to this page

and clicked on the link
labeled

The files are not hosted on the Pricelessware web site.

That web page is on the PL2005 CD and the links do work on the CD. I'll
be revising the on-line web pages soon to clarify that - just haven't
gotten to it yet.
