How to get picture title printed with picture

I am trying to print my picture with the picture title that is at the bottom
to print with it, is there a way to do that? Thanks

You could open the picture in an image editing
program and add a text box.

The freeware Picasa has options for adding text.
Just double click an image and the editing options
will appear. Select...Text...and begin typing... then
drag the text box to any position you like.

Also in the Print dialog you can add the File Name
or the EXIF info.
