How to get past "file download" warning on .exe

We are deploying an application through TS that is running off of a shared
drive on another server (launched as an exe file). The shortcut is on the
desktop, and we would also like to run this app from the "startup" group.
Whenever we launch either the .exe off of the shared drive, or the shortcut,
we get the internet explorer "file download" warning window because this is
an .exe file, and of course on Svr2003 there is no way to just shut this
warning down from the warning dialog box itself (it is greyed out).
Is there a registry entry I can change to allow running of .exe files
without this warning box coming up?
Thx!

Start Internet Explorer on the TS, go to Tools - Internet Options -
Security - Local Intranet zone. Add the UNC name of the server where
the application is, something like \\app_server.
