How to get our application on "good" list

We are developing an application which Microsoft's
Antispyware is reporting as "possible" spyware. It is an
unknown product according to the scanner. How do we get
it "cleared" by microsoft, or placed on a good list.

you can also review AntiSpyware alerts details or following article to
identify which activities of your program are identified as malicious and
then consider changing your program's behavior.
