All caps is considered shouting. Please don't shout.

What the heck is "MS Emotions"?

Brian,

Okay I will not shout. It is just that I can type faster in caps.
I want to get microsoft emotions on my toolbar. Such as smiley faces etc. to
add to my sending email. Can you help with this?

Thanks, Kare

Why do you call those "Microsoft Emotions"? There is no product I can find
with that name.

Many of the web sites that offer "emoticons" (icons that signify emotions
or, colloquially, "smileys") actually install spyware on your computer along
with the emoticons. In general, it is my opinion that emoticons are waste
of time. However, Outlook (and Word) out-of-the-box will allow some limited
emoticons via the autocorrect feature. For example, if I type a colon, then
a hyphen, then a right parenthesis, I get ☺ as a replacement character.
