How to get licensing Info

A customer has lost the documentation with the
authorization and agreement numbers used when installing
Terminal services licensing. The vendor sent the open
license agreement in a sealed cardboard envelope and all
the distributors say they had no way of knowing what the
numbers were. Microsoft has told me that someone in the
distribution chain has the numbers. I haven't been able to
find that person. My question is, The server is up and
running, before I need to reinstall what can I do to get
whatever info I need to reinstall?

If the information was used when the LS was activated and Terminal
Services CALs were installed on the LS, you could try to phone the
Clearinghouse.
