Hi Ujval,

R u talking abt BIOS password . If so it is not stored in the registry !!
For details see the link and the summary
below in "Controlling Access to the Power Switch " section of the web page.

Computer Security and Windows 2000 Server :-

brk0022.mspx

The summary is below :

Controlling Access to the Power Switch : -

On many hardware platforms, the system can be protected by using a power-on
password. A power-on password prevents unauthorized personnel from starting
an operating system other than Windows 2000, which would compromise system
security. Power-on passwords are a function of the computer hardware, not
the operating system software. The procedure for setting up a power-on
password, therefore, depends on the type of computer. Consult the computer
vendor's documentation for additional information.

Venkat.

How to get information related to BIOS setting? I wanted
to know this power-on password is enabled or not
programetically.

Not possible with Win2K, thanks to its hardware abstraction
layer. If it were possible, you can bet some idiot would have
written a virus/trojan/etc by now that enables a power-on
password in bios/CMOS.
