How to get Hover Message with Image Buttons ?

1 - Can I create a 'Hover Message' when using Buttons Type=Image ??

2 - Also, how can I put a label under the button like "Play" or "Stop" or
"Pause"

Possibly use alt text for your images.
What do you mean by "under the button"?
I hope you're not using 'hover' buttons! Look thru previous posts to see
why they are not being used any more.
