How to get File Explorer to open on a certain folder?

Whenever I start File Explorer, it opens at the "Start Menu" folder under
'My Documents' folder. How can I change this behavior so it always starts
at a specific folder instead?

Just found the solution. Creating a shortcut on the desktop:
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e,C:\

I know almost nothing about this topic, and this is rather trivial,
but I don't think you need the /n switch in that sequence. It
specifies that Windows Explorer open in a single-pane view. The /e,
switch then negates that and forces it to open in Explorer (two-pane)
view. I think you'd use "/n," or "/e," but not both.
